Pair of Louis XV 2 Sols (Sous Marqués),
1) 1740-X Unc., Amiens mint, KM500 (Unlisted mint for this year), Vlack-215. Considerable luster, but badly struck areas on both sides and blotchy color on the reverse.
2) 1740-Y VF, Bourges mint, KM500.24, Vlack-219, R8. No silvering remains. Toning back from being cleaned long ago.
