Louis XV silver Franco-American Jeton 1751, Br-510 var. (Alligator) Unc, Lecompte-Unl., plain, beveled edge, medal alignment, 29.4mm, 10.54 gm. Laureate bust, in cuirass with necktie & Order band diagonally across chest; low hair at temple, triangular space below Order band entirely filled with two laurel springs, D.V. (for Jean Duvivier) below (Raymond Obv. G) / Indian woman with bow & quiver standing beside growing lilies, alligator at left, date below. Probably an officially-antiqued surface, with medium gray turning to dark gray around the devices and lettering.
