1) VF, Br-969, WE-1A1. Engrailed edge, medal alignment, thin, 8.29 gm.
2) EF, Br-969, WE-1A2. Engrailed edge, coinage alignment, thin, 7.82 gm.
3) EF, Br-969, WE-1A3. Engrailed edge, coinage alignment, thick, 9.18 gm.
4) XF, Br-972, WE-2B3, Courteau-28, trident. Thin flan, engrailed edge, 8.03 gm.
5) VF, Br-972, WE-2B4, Courteau-27, spear. Thin flan, engrailed edge 8.94 gm.
As is so often the case with Br-969, both pieces have only a partial engrailed edge. In fact the presence of a mere hint of the edge engrailing leads us to wonder whether there even is such a thing as a true plain edge for this type.
