Diademed head of Autophradates right, wearing kyrbasia / Aramaic legend Vadfradad, frataraka (governor) of the gods, fire temple of Ahura-Mazda; above, half-figure of Ahura-Mazda; to inner left, Vadfradad standing right with hands raised in supplication; to inner right, standard topped by banner with X and pellets within angles. Sunrise 569. Alram 540 and 542 var. (legend). Rare. Surfaces lightly brushed, otherwise deeply struck and possessing an outstanding portrait. Certainly among the finest known.
