Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves over brow plate and palmette on bowl, monogram behind / AΘE, owl standing right, head facing; to left, prow of galley right above grape bunch and leaf. SNG ANS 5. HGC 12, 3 . Cf. Bopearachchi & Rahman 66-67. Very rare! Struck on an exceptionally broad flan and attractively toned.
