Constantinople, AD 908-912. + IhS XPS RЄX-RЄςNANTIЧm, full-length figure of Christ, with cruciform nimbus, seated facing on throne with curved back, wearing chiton, raising right hand in benediction, holding Gospels in left / LЄOn ЄT COnStAnt´ ΛЧςς´ ROm´, Leo and Constantine standing facing, both crowned and wearing loros decorated with a cross at end, holding patriarchal cross between them and each with globus cruciger in outer hand. SB 1725. DOC 2. Very rare and still quite nice for an ex-jewelry specimen.
