A solid example of this rarely offered type that features the armored bust of Nikolaus Joseph, Prince of Esterhazy and notable patron of the arts. Both sides of the flan are smoothed due to wear but express a colorful palate of golds and blues that sit nestled amongst the designs. Few distracting marks are present for the grade level, which ultimately leaves the viewer with a lovely, lasting impression.
