Law Society of Saskatchewan gold Final Examination Award Medal 1918 AU - Surface Hairlines, 47mm/43.42g. Obv: Allegorical "Justice" with scales seated left inside 3/4 circular ribbon; legend around. Rev: 7-line inscription inside wreath, engraved for C.H.J. Burrows in May of 1918. Edge: 14K / BIRKS. Essentially free of marks with moderate hairlines in the fields from handling. Attractively toned with reddish-orange hues present on both sides. According to the accompanying flip, this is the only example of this design type known in gold, with our scan for duplication yielding no other examples as well.
