Fully engaging, this City view taler presents the skyline of of Freiburg im Breisgau with both sides layered in steel and gunmetal grays, brightened by considerable luster that glows from the recesses. Some weakness to the strike is noted at the centers, but the majority of the designs and legends are rendered boldly. Not often available at the Mint State level, and with impressive eye appeal to boot.
