Confederation Specimen 5 Francs 1925-B SP64 NGC, Bern mint, KM38, HMZ-21199e. The only Specimen of the date graded by NGC or PCGS and an absolutely gorgeous example thereof, with stunning copper and green intermingled tone that traverses the surfaces, most of it highlighting the raised motifs. Definite reflective gleam exists in the fields and minimal surface distractions confirm this piece as high-end for the assigned grade.
