Henri V Pretender silver Essai 5 Francs 1832 MS62 NGC, Maz-906 var (plain edge). A shimmering specimen of this one-year type of Henri, Count of Chambord, as Henri V of France with dark argent tones that flash sky-blue when rotated in hand. The obverse exhibits a pleasant golden hue seen especially strongly in the protected areas around the "king's" hair. A noticeably die crack can be seen starting around 1 o'clock and running down Henri's cheek before terminating at the stippled ribbon on his uniform.
