An Important Russian Shooting Award Silver Pocket Watch by John Salter of London Case no. 72614. White enamel dial mounted with black and white image of Tsar Nicholas II. Ornate brass hands, designed as deer antlers and perhaps a rifle. Black enamel Roman numerals. Seconds dial at 6 o'clock. Outside of case mounted with Russian Imperial crest with crossed rifles. Inside of case stamped '84' and '0.875'. Watch reverse stamped 'Ancre Lign Droite', '15 RUBIS' and 'Levees Visibles'. From the Estate of Tamara Toumanova.
