IONIA, Ephesos. Circa 180-67 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 2.84 g, 12h). Cistophoric standard. Struck 150-140 BC. Lion's skin draped over club; all within wreath / Grape bunch on vine; ΕΦ to left; to right, eagle standing right, holding fillet in beak. Unpublished in the standard references, but see Kleiner & Noe Series 25 for parallel tetradrachms. VF, toned, flan crack, die deterioration.
