IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P II COS III P P Laureate head of Nerva to right, with slight drapery over far shoulder. Rev. LIBERTAS PVBLICA / S C Libertas standing left, holding pileus in her right hand and scepter in her left. Banti 34. BMC 135 (but with the note citing the drapery on the Paris example). BN 120 (but drapery not noted). Cohen 118. RIC 100. With a lovely dark green patina and an outstanding portrait of Nerva. Some traces of smoothing from cleaning in the fields, otherwise, extremely fine.
