ATTICA. Athens. Circa 500/490-485/0 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 22 mm, 17.15 g, 7 h). Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet and circular earring. Rev. ΑΘΕ Owl standing right, head facing; behind, olive sprig; all within incuse square. Asyut pl. XVIII passim. Seltman Group Gi. A very well centered example of splendid late Archaic style. About extremely fine.
