Hercules seated left on a lion's skin, set on rocky outcropping breaking with club at side, attempting to break a bundle of rods (fasces) over his left knee; behind, column set on base and branch of tree, to right, ships under sail right; in exergue, 1820 above wreath / DECVS ET TVTAMEN, crowned coat-of-arms.
