Constantine V Copronymus, with Leo IV and Leo III. 741-775. AV Solidus (19mm, 3.96 g, 6h). Syracuse mint. Struck 751-775. Crowned facing busts of Constantine V and Leo IV, each wearing chlamys; pelleted long cross between them / Crowned facing bust of Leo III, wearing loros, holding cross potent. DOC 15a var. (short cross above on obverse); Anastasi 424c; SB 1565 var. (same). Good VF, weakly struck in areas. Rare variety with pelleted long cross on obverse.
