LIBERIA: Republic, AR 25 cents, 1896-H, KM-8, specimen strike, NGC graded Specimen 65, RRR. Very rare as Specimen Gem with lovely iridescent toning obverse, approximately 10 pieces known, all likely from the Heaton mint hoard sold by Paramount over 40 years ago and widely dispersed.
