PAPHLAGONIA, Sinope. Circa 230-200 BC. AR Tetradrachm (29mm, 16.84 g, 1h). In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, a above ΣI; below throne, monograms above and below strut. Price 1258–60 var. (monogram below strut, same obv. die as illustration of 1258); Newell, Sinope 32–3 var. (same); HGC 7, 401 corr. (references). VF, toned, light marks, struck with worn obverse die. Unpublished variety.

The monogram below the strut appears to be a combination of the letters ΣE, as on the Sinope staters of Price 1247–8.
