Call (Oct. 24, 1792 - Sept. 14, 1862), governor in 1836-39 and 1841-44. Choice, stain-free paper quality, minimal handling including a horizontal central fold and minor folds and pressure points around the edges, a few very minor tears around the edges, bold ink signatures and writing on both front and back.
