KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great'. 336-323 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26.5mm, 16.54 g, 2h). Amphipolis mint. Struck under Antipater, circa 325-323/2 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; monogram in left field. Price 84; Troxell, Studies, Issue E5. Good Fine, lightly toned, a couple light marks on reverse.
