French West Africa: rare issue 25 Francs 1923 DAKAR with overstamp "GRAND-BASSAM" on front and stamp "COTE D'IVOIRE" on back P. 6D, stronger used with missing lower right corner repaired with piece of paper, upper right corner and parts of right border also repaired, stain in paper, several pinholes, still nice colors, condition: VG.
