KM-62; Mont-206. These pieces weren't officially coins (though minted in Rome by government authorization) but "good for" tokens issued to retire paper money printed during World War One. They are accompanied by nickel two lira and fifty Centesimi. They served the same purpose of the French aluminum bronze "Chamber of Commerce" tokens issued at the same time; to delay acknowledgment of the collapse of the lira. NGC MS-64.
