Penny 1853 Copper Proof with Reverse upright, Peck 1502 UNC and attractively toned the reverse with very minor cabinet friction, only the fourth example we have offered in 15 years, so probably rarer than catalogue values would suggest (Spink now values the coin at £3500 FDC), superior to the example offered in Auction LCA A160 (March 2018)
