KINGS of THRACE, Macedonian. Lysimachos. 305-281 BC. AR Tetradrachm (28mm, 16.99 g, 6h). Alexandria Troas mint. Struck circa 297-281 BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, spear behind; ΘE monogram to inner left, ME monogram in exergue. Meadows, Earliest 11, dies O8/R18; Thompson 154; Müller 314; Meydancikkale 2657 (same obv. die). Good VF, dark iridescent tone, a little porosity.
