ARABIA, Southern. Himyar. 'Amdān Bayān Yahaqbiḍ. Circa AD 100-120. AV Fraction (7mm, 0.32 g, 6h). Scyphate type. Raydan mint. Monogram within dotted circular border / Small head right; 'scepter' to left. CNG 108, lot 382, otherwise unpublished (for silver fractions with these types, cf. CAF 3.10iii and cf. Huth 446). Good VF, holed and plugged. Extremely rare, one of two known.
