STUART. Charles I. 1625-1649. AR Halfcrown (35mm, 13.54 g, 9h). Cary's (likely Worcester) mint; im: bunch of grapes/lis. Struck 1644-1645. Charles on horseback left, holding reins and raised sword / Crowned oval coat-of-arms; shield in ornate frame. Bull 671/24; Brooker 1154; North 2596; SCBC 3105. VF, toned, minor double striking in obverse legends. Very rare.
