Pair of Ban Chiang corded-ware vessel, Thailand, 1st Phase, ca. 2100 - 1700 B.C. , the first with rounded body and ring foot, the lower portion of the body with nice corded design, the shoulder and flared mouth smoothed with nice contrast, 5 x 5 ¾ in. (12.6 x 14.6 cm).. The second vessel also with rounded body decorated with corded design, ring foot and flared mouth, 4 x 5 in. (10.1 x 12.6 cm).
