China Republic of China Ministry of Finance $1 ND (1912) Pick UNL Face Proof. A wonderful face proof with a cancelled "Ta Ching Government Bank." Seen on the reverse is a souvenir lithograph of the popular design with the dragon flying over junk ships. Minor stains are slightly seen on the margins and is graded PCGS About New 53. The grading company misattributes this example as dated 1910 and Pick A79; however this is a 1912 dated example and is unlisted in the SCWPM. HID08701242017
