China Russo-Asiatic Bank Harbin $500 ND (1910) Pick S467. This example is on the second title of this bank as it was overprinted on a note with the first title, Russo-Chinese Bank. It grades PMG Extremely Fine 40 with a minor restoration. The Russo-Asiatic Bank was active in Manchuria and Sinkiang. However by 1926, the branches in China had closed. We have auctioned a Pick S467 only once previously. That PMG AU 50 piece realized $20,912.50 in December 2016. Our current offering is very close in appearance to that example. HID08701242017
