Serial 8 Singapore Board of Commissioners of Currency $25 ND (1.1.1996) Pick 33 Specimen. A Specimen with the highly desirable serial number of 000008 is in this lot. It has been encapsulated in a block of plastic measuring approximately 6.25 by 4 inches. The note has been punch cancelled with the word, "Specimen" running diagonally at center. This commemorative piece celebrates the 25th anniversary (1971-96) of the Monetary Authority. The building of the Monetary Authority is at center on the face. The back depicts the skyline of Singapore's financial district. This was the last $25 design issued by Singapore. This Specimen is not graded, but appears to be a very nice example through the encapsulating plastic. One corner of the plastic has a small corner chip. Nonetheless, it is still a great note from Singapore. HID08701242017
