Republic. General Mo Jung-hsin silver Medal Year 7 (1918) AU Details (Filed Rims) PCGS, L&M-949, Kann Plate 192. Boldly struck, with mottled russet toning and light marks. Most of the few we have seen have had a suspension removed from the top of the obverse. This is one of the finer examples we can reference and the overall appearance is very pleasant. Very rare.
Mo Jung-hsin was a Kwangtung warlord who commanded the Kwangsi troops in the unrest following the death of Yuan Shih-kai.
