Though exhibiting some typical striking weakness, this deeply toned piece remains in an incredible state of preservation and will assuredly attract a great deal of consideration and enthusiasm from collectors. The surfaces, save for a light mark just outside of the upper right part of the interior beaded border, are problem free and feature just a hint of actual wear. An iconic design displaying the hammer and sickle superimposed over a globe and evoking the political, economic, and cultural fervor and unrest of the time.
