Guangdong (Kwangtung) silver Fangcaoding ("Square Trough") Sycee of 10 Taels ND (Late 18th to Early 20th Century) Certified AU by HuaXia, cast at the Cheng Bank, 376g, Cribb-LVIII.C.706var. A hefty piece nicely displaying ripples from the casting process and two added stamps (neither of which match the added stamp mentioned by Cribb) on opposite sides. Some light circulation marks are to be noted on the face of the sycee, commensurate with the grade, but do not detract from the overall allure of this piece.
