(Br.879; Julius 2152; d'E.1249). Beautiful Red-Brown patina. Gorgeous surfaces. Austria ceded Carinthia, Carniola, part of Croatia, Gorizia and Trieste to France and they, together with Italian Dalmatia and Ragusa, were amalgamated into the Illyrian Provinces. The reverse design was copied from the ancient Greek coinage of Illyria.
