ATTICA. Athens. 137/6. Tetradrachm (Silver, 31 mm, 16.81 g, 12 h), new style, Miki(on) and Theophra(stos). Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet adorned with Pegasos. Rev. Α-ΘΕ / ΜΙ/ΚΙ - / ΘΕΟ/ΦΡΑ Owl standing facing on amphora; to right, Nike driving chariot to right; on amphora, H; below amphora, ΣΩ (= contractor's initials). Thompson 318f. Sharp and lustrous. Some uncleaned deposits and scratches on the obverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
