Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet adorned with Pegasos. Rev. Α-ΘΕ / ΜΙ/ΚΙ - / ΘΕΟ/ΦΡΑ Owl standing facing on amphora; to right, Nike driving chariot to right; on amphora, Γ; below amphora, MH (= contractor's initials). Thompson 315c. Obverse lightly struck from a slightly worn die, and with scratches and abbrasions, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
