Anonymous Folles, time of Nicephorus III, circa 1078-1081. Follis (Bronze, 25 mm, 4.89 g, 6 h), Class I, Constantinople. Facing bust of Christ Pantokrator. Rev. Latin cross set on floral scroll, with X on center, globus and two pellets at each end; two crescents to upper left and right fields. DOC I.1-64. SB 1889. Brown patina, clear example. Good very fine.
