KINGS OF MACEDON. Demetrios I Poliorketes, 306-283 BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 14 mm, 2.12 g, 6 h), uncertain mint in Asia Minor, perhaps Tarsos (?), circa 301-295. Nike on prow of galley to left, blowing a trumpet. Rev. BA ΔΙ Poseidon Pelagaios throwing trident left; to left, obscure monogram. HGC 3, 1031. Newell 62 var.
