ISLANDS off IONIA, Chios. Circa 270-220 BC. AR Tetradrachm (30mm, 16.90 g, 10h). In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, sphinx seated right above monogram; A below throne. Bauslaugh, Posthumous, Series 13, dies 25/48; Price 2337; HGC 6, 1132. VF, lightly toned, trace deposits. Extremely rare, only one example noted by Bauslaugh (= the only example in Pella), one in CoinArchives, none in ANS Photofile. All three known are from the same die pair.
