Eagle standing facing on cactus, wings spread, grasping snake in beak and right talon; all atop laurel and oak wreath / Hand left, pointing to open book inscribed LEY and holding liberty cap on pole. BW 212.3; KM 383.7; Friedberg 72. Good VF, rim knick, underlying luster.
