KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great'. 336-323 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 16.58 g, 12h). Tyre mint. Struck under Menon or Menes, circa 332/1-328/7 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; o below throne. Price 3244 (Ake); Newell, Dated 6 (obv. die VIII). VF, toned, some roughness, a couple deposits, graffiti and a little off center on reverse.
