(x) Southern Danelaw (c.880-910), imitation of Alfred Penny, 1.46g, Canterbury two-line type, blundered legend, iifdniaii + eiaoro, small cross pattée in inner circle, rev. bndia/iai mo in two lines (N.475/1; S.966), expertly plugged through a runic o on reverse with an additional neat second attempted plugging, does not detract, good very fine coin.
