THESSALY, Gyrton. Late 4th-early 3rd centuries BC. Æ Trichalkon (19.5mm, 9.43 g, 6h). Laureate head of Zeus left / ΓΥΡΤ/ΩΝΙΩ[Ν] (partially retrograde), horse prancing left; monogram below. Cf. Rogers 236; BCD Thessaly II 82.4 (same dies); HGC 4, 366. VF, dark green-brown patina, some roughness on reverse.
