Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius (17mm, 3.97 g, 6h). Pergamum mint. Struck circa 19-18 BC. Bare head right / CAESAR DIV [F]/ ARMEN CAP[TA]/ IMP VI[III] in three lines across field, Armenian standing facing, holding spear and bow set on ground. RIC I 519 corr. (rev. legend listed as DIVI); RSC 59. VF, toned, a little porous, struck slightly off center, shall edge test cut. Rare.
