Constantius II. AD 337-361. AV Solidus (22mm, 4.40 g, 6h). Constantinople mint. Struck AD 351-355. Pearl-diadmed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield / Roma and Constantinopolis, with right foot on prow and holding scepter in left hand, enthroned facing, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; CONS. RIC VIII 96; Depeyrot 3/4. Near VF, some roughness, polished, removed from mount with resulting edge damage.
