RÉPUBLIQUE (inverted and retrograde) DES HONNÈTES GENS., 1848/ÉTAT DE/SIÈGE/TRANSPORTATION/DES INSURGES/DE JUIN in six lines; all within border consisting of long bones; skull at each cardinal point; outer border consisting of chain links / 1848/ÉTAT DE/SIÈGE/MISÉRE in five lines; all within border consisting of long bones; skull at each cardinal point; alternating pellets and drops in voids; outer border consisting of chain links.
