(S/M #C126) A very rare issued note with an overprint under the serial numbers. Issued for use in Shanghai, this is the first issued example of the design we have handled in quite some time. This variety is so scarce, that PMG has only certified two pieces with this example being the finer of the two. PMG Very Fine 30.
