KNB51S. Printed by TDLR. Specimen. A scarce TDLR Chartered Bank 100 Dollar specimen found with bright inks, and radiant hues. Punch cancelled at the signature panels. TDLR ovals, and red specimen overprints that are nearly missed due to the matching red hues of the design. Excellent overall quality though we cannot determine why the note did not receive an "EPQ" designation. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
