5 pieces in lot. A very scarce group of fractional size tokens. These unlisted pieces have Kolsky numbers 222-226. These are the first pieces of their type we have offered and are pieces certainly missing from even the most advanced Indo-China collections. The direct translation of Charbonnages du Tonkin is "Tonkin's Coal Mines." The otherside of the obligation at right translates to Reimbursable in Hongay, the port of modern day Hong Gai, Vietnam, the Quảng Ninh Province.

The grading is as follows : The 1 Cent found in 64 OPQ with peach color; 2 Cent in 63 Details- Hinged with green color; 5 Cents in 64 with pink color; 10 Cents in 63 Details-Hinged with tan color and the 20 Cent piece with a fainter green color than the 2 cent piece found in Choice Unc 63.
